Data Protection & Policy

Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. The personal information gathered from your subscription details is used for invoicing, further communication relating to invoicing (where necessary), issuing user names and passwords, and the occasional despatch of information to further inform you of services provided by In-tend Ltd, or other companies within the Group, which we believe may be of interest to you.

Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy

We will provide the data services (as advertised on the www.sell2uk.co.uk website) ordered by you as part of your chosen subscription option via personalised access to a secure area of our website using a unique user-name and password. Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, you are deemed to have entered into a subscription agreement with In-tend Ltd (and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions) when you have submitted your completed subscription form on this website and logged into your personal account. If you are ordering your subscription on behalf of a business you also confirm that you have the authority to purchase said subscription on behalf of your company, or employer, and understand that your company, or employer, is responsible for payment of the subscription fee in full. We provide the opportunity during the subscription creation process for customers to enter company purchase order details if they wish to do so. If no purchase order details are entered we have the right to assume that none are required to order the subscription.Subscription period will be that period chosen by you when completing your subscription details on the www.sell2uk.co.uk website. Subscription orders with In-tend Ltd renew automatically at the end of any nominated subscription period unless we receive cancellation (using method described below) before the finish of said subscription period. The company reserves the right to increase annual subscription fees without further notice.

Third Party Costs Incurred by Late Payment. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the cost of the service provided by In-tend Ltd shall be paid within 28 days of the date of invoice. The customer will reimburse In-tend Ltd all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred in the collection of any overdue amount.

The company reserves the right to increase annual subscription fees without further notice.

Early cancellation :

If you do not wish to receive the full subscription period, you may instead elect to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the subscription fee plus the amount due for all services received to date of settlement, calculated using the appropriate day rate for the service. If you choose early cancellation you acknowledge and agree that should payment of the agreed settlement fee not be made in full within 14 days of the offer then we (In-tend Ltd) reserve the right to withdraw the offer and demand payment of the full subscription fee. Please note : Early cancellation is only available on subscriptions with Free Trial Offer and therein on cancellations received up to a maximum of 28 days following the expiry of the Trial period.
